Rice pudding: the recipe for a good and inexpensive dessert

A classic from our childhood: rice pudding. To prepare it, nothing could be simpler: you obviously need milk and rice, and for the caramel, sugar, butter and cream. Lucie Le Doaré, cheese maker at La Laiterie Brestoise, gives us her recipe in the TF1 13H report visible at the top of this article. The young woman prefers to take whole milk produced locally, in the face of the sea spray. Count a little more than one euro per liter

For the rice, again, Lucie does not choose just any rice. She favors white round rice from the Camargue, from the Domaine de Beaujeu, which tastes much better. At the checkout, she spent a little over a euro for the rice needed for the recipe.
