  • A sachet of vanilla sugar (optional)
  • 0.5 tsp. salt coffee
  • 20 g softened butter

1- In the bowl of the pastry robot or in a salad bowl, add the flour and the baker’s yeast and mix.
In a bowl, break the egg and beat it, then add it to the flour.
2- Heat the milk over low heat and add the sugars and butter, mix. Get out of the fire.
3- Gradually add the milk to the flour. Be careful, it must be lukewarm so as not to damage the yeast.
4- Finish with salt and work the dough by hand or with the pastry robot. The edges need to peel off, this may take several minutes.
5- Film the dough on contact and leave to rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
6- Work the dough to remove the air and form a ball again.
7- Flour the work surface and flatten the dough with a rolling pin.
8- Cut the dough with a round cookie cutter to have regular donuts. If you don’t have one, that’s okay, use a small bowl or a glass.
9- Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let them rise for another 45 minutes at room temperature.
10: Cooking, preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for about 12 minutes.
