Spinach and mushroom goat cheese quiche: recipe

Spinach and mushroom goat cheese quiche

List of ingredients

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time : 30 minutes


Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Cut and cook the spinach and mushrooms in a pan.

Spread the puff pastry in a pie dish previously buttered or covered with parchment paper.

Prick the bottom and edges of the puff pastry with a fork.

Cut half the goat cheese into pieces and place them on the puff pastry.

Place the cooked spinach and mushrooms on top of the goat cheese.

Beat the 4 eggs in a bowl.

Season the beaten eggs with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Then mix.

Cover the spinach and mushroom mixture with the beaten eggs.

Cut and place the rest of the goat cheese on the quiche preparation.

Bake for 30min.
