-1 eggplant

-100g vermicelli
-1 cauliflower
-1 half sweet potato
-50cl of water
-1 yellow onion
Preparation :
1.First steam the cauliflower florets for 8 minutes.
2. Brown the chopped onion in the bottom of a casserole, then add the vegetables. Let simmer for 5 minutes and cover with water.
3.Add the vermicelli and simmer for 10 minutes.

-200g brown rice
-200g of minced meat
-1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs
-1 yellow onion
-50g corn
-2 tomatoes
Preparation :
1. Boil brown rice in a saucepan. Separately, brown the chopped yellow onion in the pan, with the minced meat and the diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with Herbes de Provence. Mix the stuffing with the corn.
2.Cut the cap off the peppers and remove the membranes inside. Place the stuffing inside and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.
3.Serve in individual dishes.
