Once the preparation with the yolks is finished, incorporate the whipped egg whites at the very end. Your waffles will be more airy, lighter and crispier!

One of the keys to obtaining a crispy result, to rise the waffle dough ! For this, provide either baking powder (count 10 g for 500 g of flour) – the rest will be 30 minutes to 1 hour.
