Homemade shortbread: Anne-Charlotte Pontabry (Cachou) shares her easy recipe for cinnamon and lemon cookies

A few weeks ago we informed you of our selection of the sweet delicacies to taste in this month of December, but you can also make shortbread cookies at home on the occasion of the end of year celebrations. On his Instagram account, Anne-Charlotte Pontabry (@annecharlottepontabry) shares on video her super simple recipe and greedy for some butter cookies completely addictive !
Ingredients :
160g soft butter
200g flour
80g sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
2 pinches of fleur de sel
1 organic lemon
Preparation :
- Preheat oven at 170°C.
- Mix the soft butter with the sugar and 2 pinches of fleur de sel. Beat everything with an electric mixer at low speed and add the flour and a beaten egg yolk. Mix again.
- Add the zest of an organic lemonmix with the dough and form small puddings previously rolled in a sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- Put them in the fridge for a quarter of an hour then cut them using your favorite cookie cutters to a thickness of 1.5 cm. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle your biscuits with icing sugar for more deliciousness!
