Ingredients

  • 1 packet of savory crackers

  • 230g unsalted butter

  • 220g brown sugar

  • 300g chocolate chips

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Spread the crackers edge to edge until they cover the entire surface.

  • Pour the butter and sugar into a saucepan. Bring to the boil then cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Pour this caramel over the crackers and spread with a spatula to cover them. Bake for 6 minutes, until the caramel bubbles and permeates the crackers. Take out of the oven.
