Preparation :

-25cl of water
-120g of flour
-100g of butter
-3 eggs
-250g of chestnut cream
-100g fresh cream
-160g icing sugar
-1 chocolate bar
Preparation :
1.Heat the flour, butter and water, then put the eggs out of the heat. Form the éclairs and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
2.Mix the chestnut cream and crème fraîche, then garnish the éclairs. Then mix the icing sugar and the melted chocolate, coat the éclairs.
