Hummus recipe with roasted carrots and feta

Recipe Hummus with roasted carrots and feta


  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. thyme
  • salt pepper
  • 500g chickpeas
  • 100 g feta (+ a little for decoration)
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • parsley



Peel the carrots and cut them into large sticks. Sprinkle with olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper then bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C. Carrots should be tender.


In a blender (or blender), pour the chickpeas, roasted carrots, feta, lemon juice, peeled and degermed garlic clove.


Blend until you get a smooth texture. Add a little water if needed.


Arrange on a plate with a drizzle of olive oil, a little crumbled feta and fresh parsley. Enjoy immediately!
