Crispy apple and kiwi crumble
The crumble is an essential dessert. Easy to make, it will appeal to adults and children alike. Moreover, do not hesitate to involve them in its preparation. Apples and kiwis are the fruits of winter, a good reason to prepare this cake to accompany it with a good hot tea.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).
Peel and cut the apples and kiwis into cubes. Arrange them in a casserole dish.
In a bowl, prepare the crumble dough. To do this, mix the flour, sugar, ground almonds, a pinch of salt and the butter by hand. You should get a sandy paste.
Mix the dough lightly to obtain a few larger pieces.
Place the dough on the fruit mixture. Crumble lightly if needed.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C (th. 6).

To add more fondant, pour a layer of apple account or kiwi coulis over the fruit before placing the dough on it.
