The blueberry tart is of mountain origin, with fresh blueberries picked in the mountains. An easy-to-make sweet recipe based on shortcrust pastry, cream and blueberries.

Blueberry pie

Number of persons : 4 people

List of ingredients

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time : 35 minutes

Recipe

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a pie dish.

Prick the shortcrust pastry so that it does not puff up in the oven.

Bake for 10 mins.

Sprinkle the shortcrust pastry with almond powder once the dish is out of the oven.

Bake for 5 mins.

Mix in a container: eggs, vanilla, sugar and liquid cream.

Remove the dish from the oven and pour the mixture into the pie dish.

Bake for 15-20 mins.

Pan-fry the blueberries while the pie bakes.

Leave the blueberries and the pie to cool.

Place the cold cooked blueberries on the pie.
