Galantine with foie gras is a popular specialty during the holidays in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. This is one of the recipes in the running as part of TF1’s 13H operation, “The 13H celebrates Christmas”.

When it unfolds, the galantine of foie gras reveals its characteristic color and this melting image of delicate charcuterie. Its preparation is quite simple.
